How can I pay for my products?
You can pay with either a Credit or Debit card. All our transactions are fully secure under the SecPay payment system and all credit card details are encrypted.

What will happen after I have placed my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email stating your order number, which you should quote in case of any query. You will then receive another email when your goods are despatched from the Pal warehouse. A delivery note will be included with your goods.

How quickly will I receive my goods?

How much do I pay for delivery?
There is a one-off delivery charge of £6 for orders under the value of £50.

What is the shelf-life of the wipes?
All Pal wipes have a 2 year shelf-life provided they are stored in the correct conditions (see below).

How should I store the wipes?
Canisters and buckets should be stored upright in a cool, dry place. Softpacks should have their label re-sealed after use.

How should I dispose of the wipes packaging?
All Pal wipes canisters, buckets, softpacks and outer cartons are recyclable.

Can I order other Pal wipes products which are not available through Pal Direct?
Registered Distributors of Pal products can place orders on-line via the Product Catalogue section of the website. End-users can obtain other Pal wipes products not currently available on Pal Direct via a Pal distributor, although a limited selection of headwear and hygiene workwear can be purchased in small quanties via Pal Direct over the phone.

Can I use Disinfectant wipes on my hands?
Pal Disinfectant Wipes are formulated for use on hard surfaces for hand disinfection we only recommend Pal Hand Sanitising wipes which include additional ingredients such as skin conditioners to maintain moisture.

I have read about your accreditations what does this term mean?
Pal relies heavily on external testing for its wipes to prove that they destroy the bacteria and viruses stated. Various laboratories and respected organisations across the UK test the solutions with which the wipes are impregnated. Our Disinfectant, Clinical and Hand Sanitisers are all effective against the following bacteria and viruses within 60 seconds of use:
Influenza, MRSA, E.Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, HIV, TB, Hepatitis, SARS and VRE.
The Pal Disinfectant solution has also been tested and proven to destroy Clostridium Difficile.
