Pal International continuously engages its customers and responds to all feedback provided. Each year surveys are conducted to gain information in order to develop aspects of operations within Pal International. These sections vary from questions based around product delivery, satisfaction and quality, to customer service and sales efficiencies. The results each time prove to be vital in enabling us to increase the quality of customer service and excellent support mechanisms delivered within Pal.
Pal International prides itself in its ability to continuously improve and maintain its high standards of operation, always aiming higher than the distinguished ISO 14001 standards.
We would like to congratulate James Beattie of D.E.B. Disposables, who won the case of wine, from the prize draw of our Customer satisfaction survey conducted in March. Richard Fell, UK Account manager, presented the prize along with a tour of the new Manufacturing facility at Pal International's Head office in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
